How can I update my profile ?
To edit your profile, you first need to log in, then click on "My Profile".
You can edit your profile. Click on "Proceed" to confirm the changes.
Your profile is now updated.
Purchase procedure
How can I request a price quote and place an order ?
It is a very easy procedure in 4 steps:
1. Select Your images
In order to request a price quote and to place an order you need first to register and then to log in to identify yourself.
Go to the stock images, select the images you want and click on the "add item" icon to include the image in your basket.

2. Confirm your selection, request and receive a price quote
Once you have done the images selection, click on the "Proceed" button in your basket. This will initiate a price request (to Pol Guillard).
You will receive a confirmation e-mail that a price request was sent to Pol Guillard followed by an e-mail when Pol Guillard has added prices in your basket.
3. Confirm your order
If you agree with the price quote received from Pol Guillard, confirm your order and choose your payment method.
4. Download your image(s)
Once Pol Guillard receives the payment, he will send you a mail with a link to the place where you can download your images.
What does the 3 icons mean ?
The meaning of the 3 icons is the following:
 = Info icon: display the specs of the picture (only the name of the picture for the moment)
 = Zoom icon : enlarge a picture
= Add item icon : add a picture to your basket
What stand the 5 types of baskets for ?
The 5 different baskets inform you on the status of your basket orders.
The 5 statuses are the following:
§ Open basket: you have just put images in a basket but you did not perform any other action. You need to confirm the basket to get a price quote.
§ Pending basket: you requested a fee quote and are waiting for the answer by Pol Guillard.
§ Priced basket: you received a price-quote from Pol Guillard for the images you selected. You can confirm your order to receive the images or remove them from your basket or delete the basket.
§ Paid basket: you confirmed your order and choosed your payment method. Pol Guillard is checking for your payment
§ Confirmed basket: once the payment is done you will receive the link indicating where you can download your images.
Each time you log in you can check the status of your baskets. Each time there is a change in the status of a basket you will receive an e-mail notification.
How and when will I get my images ?
Once your payment is on our account, you will receive an an e-mail with a link indicating where you can download your images.
I don't see the add item icon in the stock images section. Why ?
You don't see the icon because you are not logged in.
You need to register and to log in to be able to request a fee quote and place an order.
I can see the add item icon, I'm registered and I'm logged on but I cannot enter the details of the usage.
You have probably already open the page where you can enter the details of the usage. As it opens under a form of a pop-up you can have the impression of having lost the page. Check if you can find it in one of the open windows.
Login and Password
I can't remember my password.
If you don't remember your password, click on "Lost My Password" on the left menu. You will be ask to enter your e-mail adress and your password will be sent to this adress.
The e-mail adress should be the same e-mail adress you used to register.
